Bill's practice includes counseling small and large companies to coordinate the clients’ legal needs to meet their business goals. His practice areas generally include business law and commercial real estate law.

His business practice includes a wide range of services including, in part, planning for the structure and formation of business entities; mergers and reorganizations; acquisitions and sales of stock and assets of businesses; shareholder agreements; DOL audits and investigations; JFS audits and investigations; employment/consulting agreements; non-competition agreements; stock option plans and agreements; domestic and international manufacturing, distributing and supplier agreements; and franchise and licensing agreements.

His commercial real estate practice includes work related to real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, retail shopping centers, office, condominium, financing, development, abatements, zoning and land use, and BOR/tax valuation disputes.

He also assists independent and franchised hospitality and restaurant clients on the acquisition and sale of property, construction of property, third-party operator/management agreements, and franchise and license agreements.

Fee Structures

Klausman Law, Ltd. offers flexible cost effective fee arrangements to fit the needs of each client. Such fee arrangements include hourly, flat retainer-based, contingent and blended fee arrangements. Credit cards are accepted.

Examples of services provided to clients on a flat fee basis include: Entity formation, Entity dissolution, Annual Shareholders' meeting minutes, and Directors' meeting minutes.
